Shipping & returns

We ship from Switzerland; shipping is included in the price. How long the journey takes depends on the destination country. If you need your mochila by a particular date, drop us a line at hello@kaanela.ch before ordering.

For deliveries into the EU, the carrier has collected the following charges since 1 July 2026 (abolition of the 150-euro duty exemption under the EU customs reform): a flat duty of 3 € per item category, the destination country's import VAT (e.g. Germany 19%, Austria 20%) and a carrier service fee (e.g. Deutsche Post 7.50 €, Austrian Post 6 €). These charges are not included in the price and are borne by the recipient; the approximate total is shown per product in the shop. Within Switzerland no import charges arise.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the item. If a mochila arrives damaged or is not as described, we cover the return. Items should be unworn and in resalable condition.
