Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kaanela — Matthias Rötzer (sole proprietorship / Einzelunternehmen), Birkenstrasse 9, 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland, hello@kaanela.ch) by a clear statement of your decision. Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery you chose), without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are faulty or not as described, we cover the cost of the return.

Note: as our mochilas are not made to your specification, the statutory right of withdrawal applies without restriction.
